When moving through life, it is possible to get caught up in the comfort that comes from the familiarity of a situation, positive or negative. We may experience feelings of complacency or lack the motivation to do anything to change the status quo.

Sometimes we get caught up in the chaos and have difficulty moving beyond feelings of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or confusion when we are truly just striving to find a good place to land.

In reality, we were all made to thrive in a place somewhere in between the striving and contentment. In that place, there will still be tragedies, missteps, and unfair circumstances, but there, we are better able to handle the trials and difficulties, and overall, we are able to live a life that is healthy, joyful, and most importantly, it’s in alignment with our true, unique purpose.

Coaching services are offered privately or in small-group format. Clients can also choose between in-person visits or virtual visits via online services.

Why is this type of coaching effective?

  • Holistic/Integrative Approach – To be truly effective, coaching needs to address the whole person. Even if a client has a specific goal that they are hoping to achieve, there is a need to take a step back and see if other areas of life are affecting change in what appears to be an unrelated area.
  • Coach Guided, Client Led Partnership – A coach is an expert in utilizing effective techniques to get results, but the true expert who knows the needs of the client is the client. Recognition of this truth leads to unique, customized plans to approach the process of change that lead to faster, more effective results.
  • Accountability – A part of the process is building a structure for accountability. The client will be supported by a coach while moving through the process but will also be held accountable for their commitments. Accountability is a driving force in success.
  • Resources and Connections – It’s difficult to set goals and follow through when you don’t know what options are available or how to connect with the resources that are needed to be truly successful. Part of the coaching process is the provision of resources–people, books, information, websites, etc.– that can help you move forward.
