We all have something to say, something to create, something to bring into the world. But, sometimes we get stuck in a place that makes it difficult to fully express ourselves personally, creatively, or professionally. This event is for the woman who is ready to use her voice and expression to live a more full, fulfilling life.

Chakradance is a transformational therapy that gets deep and long-lasting healing results through gentle movement and music composed to resonate to the frequency of each particular chakra. The movement is then followed by creative expression through mandala art. You will be guided through the session by a certified Chakradance Facilitator who will support you as you move through this unique meditative experience that is welcoming to all.

You breathe. You follow the music. You move your body. You heal.
